APABA-DC, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization, is an affiliate chapter of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). 

Contributions or gifts to APABA-DC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, membership dues may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses and contributions or gifts may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
