Annual Supreme Court Term in Review

This year’s program will feature leading scholars, legal experts, and award-winning journalists—including Professor Michele Bratcher Goodwin, Linda D. & Timothy J. O'Neill Professor of Constitutional Law and Global Health Policy, Georgetown Law; Co-Faculty Director, O'Neill Institute, Sherrilyn Ifill, former President and Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, George Conway, The Lincoln Project Co-Founder, and Mark Joseph Stern of Slate Magazine. The discussion will focus on the most consequential Supreme Court decisions from the 2024–2025 term. The program will also include a special panel examining how the Trump administration is testing the rule of law in the United States and the consequences of weakening institutional checks on power.
